Main Duties and Responsibilities

a)Handled sub contractors’ payment application certifications, variations and coordination, more than fifty subcontractors and suppliers were handled.

b)Coordinate with Head office regarding subcontract payments, cost proposals, quotations, invoices and variation orders from sub contractors.

c)Has done quantity take off, Bill of Quantities revision and Cost proposal submission and finalizations.

d)Has done cost proposal submissions of other MEP related systems like Medical Gas System for the main Hospital building, LPG System, HSD Yard for the boilers and Eco Rain System which is from main building to the road works and landscaping areas.

f)Monitors and keep log/ files of all Sub Contractors (MEP, architectural and civil) invoices, letters, quotations, payment certificates and variation orders.
