My team consists of 22 technical experts and 2 managers. I handle the departments scheduling, time off and timecards, monthly one on ones, yearly and midyear reviews, discuss career paths with my managers, conduct interviews, facilitate hiring process and provide call center analysis, I handle performance improvement, process improvements, innovation, and reporting. I handle any escalations that might arise with vendors, manufacturers, or clients. I provide training and client presentations for maintenance products and depts. 2017- 2019 Truck Services Specialist/Truck Engineering @ Wheels, Inc.

Manage day to day department engineers and quality control. Focus on all service

vehicles of all classes and support customers to secure the right vehicle for the job Once

the vehicle specifications have been defined collaboration with Account Management,

Account Executive and Vehicle Operations to deliver a quality, road ready vehicle. Run

risk management data base to better assist all operations areas in Process Improvement

for client delight. Maintain vendor relationships and aide the Account Management team

they receive excellent service and timely responses to truck related inquires.

2003-2017 VOA Response Center Analyst Manager/Truck Coordinator @ Wheels, Inc.

Create processes and maintain the setup of trucks and equipment,

maintain vendor relations, coordinate upfitting, create client templates

for ordering, provide training for AEs on new product lines, continue

to streamline turnaround times, provide status for upfit and delivery,

handle any equipment issues, program database for trucks and

equipment, maintain adds/changes for units throughout the model year,

correct system errors brought in by clients, create body company

purchase orders for upfitting. Handle giving training classes to new

employees in regard to all VOA/Ordering issues. Supervise VOA

Manufacturer Relations Call Center to field any ordering discrepancies or

model set up errors. Manage call center and tracking details. Hiring and

training of new employees. Scheduling weekly, and yearly vacation time

and days off. Yearly reviews of employees. Back fill for Buyers and Order

business world in order to motivate the career paths of young students. I volunteer and give

presentations to many High School programs and try to motivate them to achieve their goals by

sharing my own personal accomplishments and story as a working woman and business

professional with a good work and home balance. I continue to present to many high school

technical courses that relate to my fleet industry and Automotive background. Most recently I

was l involved in a District 212 New Endeavor for students interested in business financing from

start to finish. This is portrayed the same way that the show Shark Tank is on television. It is

exciting and fun for all. I am happy and proud to be a volunteer of this organization and to give

back to the community.
