Assist the Design Operation Manager and Project Managers in the day-to-day duties of projects management and controlling activities and implementation and direction for projects.
Develop project schedules and baselines utilizing scheduling,planning tools,techniques and software(p6).
Monitor all activities and update Project Milestones Schedule and forecast to completion through project duration
Acting as project controller including establishing cost & time baselines and monitor cash flow and all aspects of cost control.
Work with Project Manager to develop, maintain and coordinate the project execution plan. Identify potential interferences and interfaces for multidiscipline engineering tasks including Plans and Work Packages and Turnover.
Monitor and Report all project KPIs, investigate and support in creating recovery plan and corrective actions.
Work with Project Manager to ensure all change notices are a addressed in a timely manner by coordinating the resources to address the change and track the associated cost.
