Provide leadership and expertise on all aspects of source testing for a rotating crew of up to 10 persons performing stack testing on coal and gas fired electric utility boilers to demonstrate compliance with the Mercury Air Toxics Standards (MATS), ammonia compliance and gas RATAs. Field office manager for a mercury measurement program at the Umatilla Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (UMCDF) within the US Army’s Umatilla Chemical Depot (UMCD). Manage daily operations for a 4-man field office. Around the clock measurement of mercury emissions from the outlet of the pollution abatement. Consisting of 2 Thermo Environmental Mercury Freedom systems and 3 Apex Instruments automated sorbent trap sampling systems.
2013
Field Project Manager for a long term DSI/PAC injection project at Omaha Public Power District’s North Omaha Station. Support included the installation and operation of 2 mobile Thermo Environmental Mercury Freedom CMMSs.
