I have had extensive experience working in all phases of the construction industry for 30 years. I began my career as a carpenter with hands on experience in building and remodeling homes for various companies. I then moved into the area of Warranty Customer Service work for major homebuilders in Southern California during the housing boom in the 1980's. I was eventually promoted to Construction Superintendent where I had much success overseeing the building of housing tracts for 3000 to 6000 sq. ft. homes in various communities. I am known for completing projects before or on schedule and have always had a good rapport with sub-contractors and county and city inspectors.
