3. Initial Salary: You are entitled to a gross salary of UGX.325,30Q= (Three hundred Twenty Five thousand, Three hundred Shillings only) per month, upon satisfactory completion of yourthree months probation period, you will earn a monthly gross salary of Uganda Shillings 390,700=
(Three hundred Ninety thousand, Seven hundred Shillings only) subject to statutory deductions as prescribed under the laws of Uganda, payable at the end of every month. 4. Contract Period: This contract is valid for only two (02) year/s renewable after performance assessment. The first three (03) months is probationary period. 5. Leave Entitlement:
(a)Annual leave is twenty one (21) days after probation and serving for a year uninterruptedly.
(b) Maternity leave is sixty (60) working days on full pay of which at least four weeks shall follow the child birth.
(c) Paternity leave is four (4) working days with full pay following the Child birth. 6. Sick Leave:
(a) Sick leave entitlement with pay after confirmation of employment and after completing not less than one month's continuous service after confirmation as follows;-
(i) For the first two month's absence from work vou will be entitled to full pay.
(ii) lf at the expiry of the second month the illness continues, the employer shall terminate your se rvlces.
(b) You will only be entitled to sick leave lf you have notified your supervisor of your illness or
injury and only after you have produced a written certificate signed by a qualified medical practitioner certifying your incapacity to work.
7. Medical Care: You are entitled to free first aid care (self only) at the company first aid service room.

g. Termination notice and discipline :( a) A notice of fifteen days withln probation and thirtv
days after probation from either party is required fortermination of this contract'
(b) You are required to keep high standard of discipline at work place, gross misconduct acts on
employee part resuits into immediate termination or other serious disciplinary action' such acts
include: insubordination, misappropriation of funds, fighting, striking, malicious damage' willful
neglect,forgery, being under influence of alcohol or drugs while at work, gambling while in the
company premises, sexual harassment, possession of any killer tool, theft, disrupting security
procedures, conflicting with company vision /
mission and policies including refusal or neglect to use or apply safety protective gears provided, habitual late coming and absenteeism and other
acts of similar nature as management describes it' g. working hours and overtime: Normal working
days are six to achieve 48 hours a week
equivalent of 8 hours a day. You are entitled to a one day equivalent of 24 hours of rest in a
week. Hours worked beyond 48 in a week will not exceed l2hours or 2hours in a day and such
worked hours will be considered as overtime at a rate of 1'5 in normal working days and 2'0
during rest days and gazzetted public holldays'
10. Duty attendance: Absenting from duty without permission is punishable You will forfeit the
pay for day or Oays not workeci anci three ciays absent without formai notice wiit be considereci
as an abscondment. ln case of illness authentic medical form/report is a requirement to report
back on dutY.
11. You are required to abide by all professional, ethical and company rules and regulations'
policies and practices, unlimitedly to all company standard terms and conditions of employment
