Training at NATIONAL HYDROELECTRIC POWERPLANT CORPORATION (KULLU)–6WEEKS(JUNE-JULY 2015)

I went to various sites nearby to learn about the machinery used in the generation of electricity and the power plant.

To understand the process of Hydraulics.

To know how the Turbine works.

To understand how mechanical/water energy gets converted to electrical power with the help of turbines and various other machines.

Also learned how and where electrical energy is stored and how the distribution at multiple places happens.

WORKED ON PROJECT OF MATERIAL HANDLING MACHINE(Sept2016-Mar2017)

In this project I and my team created a machine that was used for lifting heavy objects and transferring them from one place to another.

This machine runs in x,y,z directions only in a particular dimension.

In this prototype we used three cranes that are, small that can lift to 30kgs, the medium that can lift to 50kgs, and large that can lift to 80kgs of load at a time.
