OTHER ACTIVITIES

May 2010

I volunteered to go to the disaster stricken area of Hunza Valley located in the northern mountainous region of Pakistan. Due to Land sliding the Hunza river was blocked as a result of which many villages around it drowned. I represented Mayo Hospital on behalf of the Government of Punjab, Pakistan who had set up a relief camp in the valley. I was responsible for attending to disaster affectees patients as well as other patients in the surrounding rural areas.

Jan 2005

I carried out the duties related to dope monitoring of athletes during the International Lahore Marathon 2005.

I took part in doping control workshop carried out by Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) Medical Commission.
