- Collect all result of final evaluation and send to HRBP to set training plan, promotions and annual increase.

- Coordinate between training department and each department and Record all training for employees.

- Receiving all hiring papers from new hire and sign form 1 for Social Insurance.

- keep all employees’ files and data with high confidential.

- Form 6 for resigned employees and send to Social insurance.

- Renew contract for employees.
