● Following the Pre-heat, Post heat and PWHT of different material as per project specification code and client requirement.

● Prepare inspection report for mill certificate tank construction and piping test package reports

● Witness and inspection of all applicable material and item being used at site for the fabrication of Tank such as open, cone and dome roof and floating tank

● Preparing hydro test package and final punch listing for ISO / Mechanical clearance.

● Visual, fit-up and final weld inspection, dimensions of fabricated items

● The full awareness of AWS, ASME and other related standard of welding / testing of material.

● Raising NCR wherever necessary & ensure that these are complied. Education & Certification
