OBJECTIVE

My objective is to always strive to be the best and do my best at everything I do in life. I am seeking a career not just a job, in a company in which I can utilize my skills, experience, and education to advance myself in a positive career environment.

EDUCATION

I am a graduate of Quitman High School in Quitman, MS. I am currently enrolled at Jones County Junior College; in Ellisville, MS. I will be receiving my Associates Degree in Business Administration and Marketing after completing my last twelve hours of credits. I have taken several courses in Administrative Roles, Entrepreneur Skills, and Business Etiquette. I have successfully passed these credits, and will soon be obtaining my AAS. I have received my state certification from the State of Mississippi in Electronic Telecommunications as well as Computer Science Programs. I have experience in knowledge of ICD 10 codes and CPT Codes

EXPERIENCE

Rush Hospital Meridian, MS

Customer Service Representative 11//2017-08/2019

I began working for Rush Health Systems as a Customer Service Representative for the Business Services department. My daily duties were to handle all cashier transactions and handle all phone calls. I was to work each customer's account daily with the utmost accuracy and detail. My responsibilities also entailed that I was to greet customers who came in the office and make sure that they were aware and understanding of all Rush policies and procedures on account payments and payment arrangements.
