Design of American Chopper USING SOLIDWORKS, Skill-Lync

• Designed various part of American chopper such as Fender, Oil tank, Gas tank, and Front fork, Wheel, Engine, and Chassis.

• Imported all the part and fix the first part and give constrain to make fully defined and provided the clearance if the parts get merged.

• Rendered the chopper with environment, adding decal, adjusting colours, editing materials, scene composition.

• Used visualize photo viewer 360 adding extra realistic HDR environment, colour, material in it. Design of Sun seeker Predator Yatch USING SOLIDWORKS, Skill-Lync

• Set up the blueprint according to the predefined dimension.

• Designed the Front seat, Hull, Garage door, Middle seat, Propeller, Radar mast, Rear seat, Superstructure.

• Imported all the parts in assembly workbench and apply the plane mates, distance mates, advanced mates to constrain the parts.

• Used Solid works photo viewer 360 and visualize software render the Yatch by apply colour appearance, material, scans, and considering the entire factor like gamma value and reflection blooms. Prospective view tuned on, added camera spot light to view the parts realistic.

AUTOMOTIVE SHEETMETAL USING CATIA V5

Design of Inner and Outer Panel of Hood, Skill-Lync

• Hood inner panel as per EURO NCAP regulation considering pedestrian safety and passenger safety when frontal crash occur.

• Emboss are provided to improve stiffness and allow to force to dissipate toward the side outward for the driver safety

• Provided latch and striker, necessary reinforcement and mastic data to avoid the NVH. Design Front Fender, Skill-Lync

• Based on the design data the following portion of fender is design, drip area, bumper mount area, sill, baffle and a pillar region

• The drip area is mounted with the engine compartment with the help of nut welding.

• Wheel arc calculation was performed for the designed fender as per regulation. Design of Roof, Skill-Lync

• Calculated the bow roof position by studying the roof curvature dimension of heat distortion and snowed criteria.

• Designed the Front roof rail, Centre roof rail, and Rear roof rail, and necessary reinforcement. Design of Backdoor, Skill-Lync

• Design the inner panel with outward stress flow by creating emboss provided hemming to join the outer and inner panel.

• Provided the necessary reinforcement for the latch and striker, gas stay, hinges, wiper motor. Design of Casing and Box Assembly, Skill-Lync

• Used unbend a rebind to check whether the sheet metal generated properly.

• Designed Old Shape Enclosure, Metal Bracket, Flattening, Forming.

• Used different types of method to design flange, bead, cut-out and Used convert wizard from solid model to sheet metal. GEOMETRIC DIMENSIONING AND TOLERANCING

Design of Butterfly Valve, Skill-Lync

• Evaluated the Virtual condition value, MMC, LMC, and applied the datum in the mating part using 321 principal to constrain the degree of freedom.

• Designed sub assembly part of butterfly valve like main body, Lever, Nut, Stem, Top flange, Drafting the butterfly valve using CATIA V5, Skill-Lync

• Provided the entire necessary symbol to identify the geometric characteristics and size under the feature control frame.

• Used the base view project the image in sheet with alignment and provided the necessary dimension and datum to constrain the degree of freedom.

PLASTIC DESIGN USING CATIA V5

Creating TOOLING AXIS with respect to X and Y faces bisecting of resultant bisecting line in X faces and similarly Y faces.

Creating B surface by using extracting, untrim and extrapol and create C surface by sweep tool.

Examine Draft analysis and Providing 2.5 thickness to the material to achieve final product.

Designed Side Door Inner parts, Trim board.
