•Releasing cheque of final settlement employees after getting employee clearance form from HRD.
• If any payroll related issues to be rectified.
•Updating leave, location transfer, ticket and bank account numbers on the payroll system.
•Checking resignation/termination memo & leave application to update & process their settlements.
•Maintained payroll files accordingly.
•Updating transaction additions & deductions on the volt payroll system accordingly.
•Update employees bank account details in the payroll system
•Everyday employee annual leave settlement to ( HRD ).
•Approving location transfer in the system .
