PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Senior Mfg. Engineer – Belcan Engineering Group – Lynn, MA – Sept., 2018 to Present Employed by Belcan Engineering Group, I have been assigned to be stationed in GE Aviation, manufacturing Plant II (Bldg. 40) located in Lynn, MA as a full time on daily basis.

Assisted GE Production Supervisors to resolve any bottlenecks in manufacturing process of Aircraft Engines production and dispositioning of non-conformances through daily routine meeting.

Supported activities such as root cause and initiated and executed cost improvement projects.

Reviewed Aged WIP CF-34 Engine components (M24, T04, T05, 782 & 497…) and salvaged some 30% of the parts and brought them back in line accordingly.

Worked with MQE, QE and Design engineers side by side to resolve in process issues including cmm data, Welding, Benching, Coating related to Aircraft Combustor engines.

Dispositioned non-conforming parts with related RC/CA analysis by reviewing CSF and Job sheets and submitted MRBs and communicated with DCMA engineers using e.NMS to clarify, support and evaluate any deviations, discrepancies.

Worked with operators to resolve any quality issues or implement any revised Repair plan or FRP instructions to maintain manufacturing procedures per Routers.
