I am an experienced server with over * years in the hospitality industry. I take
pride in the knowledge I have gained over the years. I have a passion for culinary arts which allows me to make intuitive recommendations and guide my guests through their dining experience.
EXPERIENCE
Server, Lettuce Entertain You; Chicago, IL — 2018-2020 I was a server in an upscale Italian seafood restaurant. I was often given the responsibility of closing/opening. We had a very regular customer base and I went out of my way to remember/make our regulars feel special. We had daily specials which we had to memorize before each shift. We finished each shift with side work and silverware.
Server/Shift Lead, Ron of Japan; Northbrook IL — 2017-2019 I was a server as well as a shift lead at this Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse. On nights when I was serving we would be in charge of 4 tables of up to 11 guests (on average it was more like 7-8). This is where I learned the importance of teamwork. When we all worked together the shift ran much smoother. As a shift lead I was in charge of guest relations as well as closing the financial paperwork at the end of the night.

Here is where I gained my knowledge base in the hospitality industry. I learned the importance of each team member doing their part.
