Pagoo is a ten-passenger luxury submarine certified by the American Bureau of Shipping, the late Paul G. Allen commissioned the project. After years of stalled development efforts, MMS was retained by the owner to evaluate the build program and provide a detailed plan for the completion of the build. The evaluation resulted in a pause in the manufacturing process, and a comprehensive technical specification created so the program could be tendered for bid. Once the new builder was selected, MMS was retained to provide overall program management for the conclusion of the construction effort. This $45,000,000 luxury submarine is the most technologically advanced privately-owned system in the world.
