Roles & Responsibilities

Handling recruitment process by using the effective resourcing strategies such as Job portals (Naukri, Shine,

) & also social networking sites such as (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter),candidates referrals & internal database for getting the suitable resources to close the open positions. Screening & short listing of resumes by evaluating the candidate’s role, communication & presentation skills based on the client requirements.

Interacting with candidates by giving them a preview about the company, interview process & his/her role in the job to pursue further without any difficulties. Properly organize fresher’s recruitment drive by conducting online test, telephonic & scheduling F2F interviews with the panel members based on their availability. Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager‘s specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post on job boards and internal gateways. Applies industry knowledge & best practices to make continuous improvements to the recruiting processes and standard operating procedures.

Establish credibility and remain engaged with hiring manager & senior management to stay abreast of hiring process.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Evaluating the applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on job portals and social networking sites. Improve recruitment brand and reputation in the market place through social made presence & networking.

Coordinating for Campus Interviews by organising online test, technical interviews with the panel & conducting HR round to finalize the process.

Presented offer letters to the candidates based on the manager’s approval. Proactively develop relationships with the candidates till he joins the organization also collecting the necessary documents & complete the on boarding process.
