RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for entire start up and shut down activities in boiler and turbine.

Along with our client commissioning activity was carried out .

Responsible for continuous, safe and efficient operation of the plant with field operators.

Generator H2 purging and CO2 purging procedure well versed.

During annual overhauling, In charge in boiler and turbine from operation side.

Responsible for the Hydro test of boiler after a tube failure or an annual maintenance Maintained pneumatic, motor operated valves, actuators and pumps,static equipment.

Instruct and communicate with the next shift engineer about the completed work, pending work, load changes, equipment parts changes etc. as per the situation and requirements.

Responsible for routine changeover of equipment as per schedule.

Responsible for the LDO, HFO unloading and line of fuel oil system for startup activities.

Leading and motivating large teams of workers and professionals and handling allocation of tasks within teams based on skills profile.

Isolation and normalization of equipment whenever PTW issued by shift in charge.

Perform equipment inspection maintenance task,troubleshooting and diagnoses of plant equipment .

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Post Graduate Diploma Course in Thermal Power Plant Engineering with first class in National Power Training Institute, Neyveli . (2014-2015)

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in Panimalar Engineering College, Anna University Chennai with aggregate of 72.28 .(2009-2013)

+2 with first class 71.42 in Nirmala Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chidambaram .

SSLC with first class 74.63 in Nirmala Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chidambaram .
