**/**** ** ******* - ****** WINE COMPLIANCE - I taxes and licensing for various different wineries. I help winery owners with things that they may need. I do time cards and general office tasks that need to be done.
2017 to 2109 - Michael’s Craft Store – Operations Manager - I am responsible to make sure the store is running smoothly. I check in daily with my employees. I coach them on any training needed. I do all the audits for the store. These include safety audits, alarm audits, cashier audits and whatever else is needed for that month. I am responsible for our SISO process which ensures our on hands are correct so we can give our customers a great shopping experience. I am responsible for hiring. The store manager and I both work on the schedule.
2012 - 2017 – Orchard Supply – Security Room - I am responsible for the handling of all monies. I count all of the morning tills and place the money in the registers for the cashiers to start their day. I go to the security room when I am through counting downstairs. In the security room I count all of the money from the previous days and make the bank deposit. I order all of the change orders, issue petty cash and enter the previous day transactions in the computer to generate the necessary reports. I report any discrepancies to my boss in writing so she can make the necessary write ups.
CSR - Responsibilities include supervising all cashiers. Making sure the are doing their jobs to the best of their ability. Auditing their registers, cashier testing. Coaching them on the rewards program. Training them to know their job 100%.
2006 - 2012– Napa Unified School District Napa, CA 94558
Independence Facilitator- I work for the Special Education department. I am in a mixed regular and special education classroom. My main job is to work with Jariel. Jariel has autism. I also help with all of the children in this class. I work with Jariel on his behavioral skills and his academic skills. When I see Jariel is having trouble with a certain behavior I also include a social book that I will write regarding that behavior with suggestions of a more acceptable behavior for Jariel.
I take notes for the team that are used in the IEP meetings. I do attend IEP & OT meetings for Jariel but I do not attend the same meetings for other children.
I have taken and passed the “No Child Left Behind” para- professional training. I have had CPI Training and I took the Independence Facilitator Training course and passed the exam. I go to monthly training meetings.
I help out in other classrooms when I am available to do so. I have been trained to do CST training and Benchmark Testing and have done so for the Kindergarten and First Grade. I also work in the Special Day Class helping the children with reading and math.

Clerical/IA Substitute - I was hired as a substitute in different schools to do clerical work if a secretary was out. I did attendance with the Aries system, I did various clerical duties worked in the dopy room at Vintage High School for an extended period. I was also a substitute IA when needed at various schools in all grades from Kindergarten to 12th. I had to pass the clerical and “No Child Left Behind” IA test for this job.
2007 - 2009 – Cope Family Center
Visitation Supervisor – I would supervise visits between parents and children when the children have been taken from their parents by the courts and CPS. I took notes at these meetings and wrote reports which would be used in court. I did the parent exchange with the custodial and non-custodial parent making sure the parents never were in the same area at the same time. The children were taken away usually because of drug use and domestic violence. There were also abduction cases and false accusation cases.
2004 – 2006 - Actus Lend Lease
Certified Payroll Supervisor– I audited Certified Payroll for government job sites making sure that employees were paid the prevailing wage for these jobs and also making sure that the right trade was listed at the right rate and handing these in to the government. I got this job through a temporary agency that I worked for on and off for a while. I was hired permanently.
2001 – 2004 Wilson’s Plastering/ WW Construction
Office Manager/Payroll/Contracts– I would oversee the girls in the office to make sure they were doing their jobs and doing them efficiently. I was in charge of payroll, make banking deposits and reviewed contracts. I made appointments for my bosses and did various duties that they asked me to do.
1998 - 2001 Home Depot
Front End Manager/Vault– I was in charge of all the cashiers. I got them their tills and their change. I dealt with front end customer issues. I had originally applied to work in the vault but they had already filled that position. I was asked if I wanted that position when the vault person walked out. I did this job for a while but chose to go back out on the floor.
