Quality officer and deputy of Red Cell Reference Lab at National Blood Transfusion Service which is ABB accredited for 3 times with zero non conformance, supporting all the country districts including :

• Screening, Identification and Cross matching, providing patients with the most suitable and safest blood units.

• Phenotyping to different blood units of the donors to assure having the same phenotypes.

• Undergoing all Blood Group Discrepancy.

• Undergoing Adsorption to patients with autoimmune disease and provide them with suitable blood units after doing cross matching with the adsorbed serum. 1
