Job Profile: DCS & Field operation of 4*300 MW thermal power plant and operational management related work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Local field operation of Boiler, Turbine (Make-Shanghai Electric Corp) & BOP Local area monitoring.

Key player in Start-up and Shut down Activities in field.

Co-ordinate the start-up and shut-down activities of the unit during normal and emergency conditions.

Emergency handling of Boiler and Turbine side.

To handle the emergencies (BLACK-OUT, Equipment tripping, etc.) and to restore the unit in minimum possible time.

Efficient and safe operation of the unit maintaining all the parameters within safe and efficient operating range.

Career Highlights:

1. I was involved in the commissioning of FGD Unit #1, 2, 3 & 4 systems.

2. Work in FGD, Boiler & Turbine operation, BOP, HCSD (Raw Water Pump House, Fuel Oil Handling Station, ACW & CW Pump House, and Cooling Tower), responsible for day to day operation and co-ordination with all cross function areas and ensuring effectiveness with quality & safety.

Execution of Daily Field Operation Activities

Reporting any abnormality or fault during the activity and its rectification, follow up & retrial.

Follow up with Desk engineer for front availability.

Preparation of daily progress report against planned.

Plant startup & shutdown in safely.

All running (Boiler, Turbine, Bop, Switchgears & GIS) equipment healthiness checking in local.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft office (Word, Excel,).

ON JOB TRAINING PROGRAM:

2 weeks Simulator Training Program was conducted by NPTI at Nagpur (Western Region) on 210 MW real time simulator which is a replica of 210 MW Khaperkheda Thermal Power Station of M.S.E.B, have undergone this training in conventional control board & video process console.

4 weeks Scheme Tracing at Thermal Station–II Stage–II (4 x 210MW), Nagpur.

3 weeks of Rotational on Job Training at Thermal Station–II Stage–II (4 x 210MW), Nagpur.

PROJECT PROFILE:

Study of ESP in 210MW in NPTI Nagpur.

ACADAMIC CREDENTIAL:

BE in electrical and electronics engineering (2013-16).
