POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Waiter at Kenny Rogers Roasters, I was in charge of taking orders from customers and serving food and beverages to them. I was also entrusted with the position as a Team leader who is responsible for planning table arrangement, maintaining standard quality service and cleanliness in the restaurant. I often handled the role of both Waiter and cashier too.

During my tenure at Kenny Rogers Roasters, I was able to achieve the Best employee award and got promoted to the position of Captain. As a Captain, I am in charge of training and supervising of junior employees & customer relation management. I ‘m also a part of planning promotions and I do manage the restaurant closing and sales reporting in the absence of the Manager.
