Responsible For Complete Mechanical Design of Fuel Pump, Cam Shaft & Designing Special Service Tools For scup Pump.
Assigned With The Responsibilities of Creating the 3DModelling, Dimensional Drawings With Applying GD&T,Main Assembly Drawing,Part Drawing & Complete Bill Of Materials For Fuel Pumps & Injectors.
Confirming the Design (Model) Based on Design Calculations Like Stack up Analysis, Force & Load Calculations (Strength Of Materials),Fit Calculations, Spring calculations & O-Ring squeeze calculations.
Active Member in DFMEA for Scup pump (Reviewing Maintaining Documents).
Maintaining & Following Design as Per ISO, AISI & ASME Y14.5 Standards.
