Analysis and experimental investigation on Three way catalytic converter by coating alternative materials In this project by using the alternative coating material as zirconia from the CFD analysis, the the mechanical characteristics of the catalyst of the Catalytic Converter such as thermal stability, corrosion resistance and microstructure is found better compared to existing catalytic converter.
