Accountable for inventory management of finished goods and return materials, driving depletion plan with factory planning counterpart and drive execution of inventory movements to on-site third-party logistics providers.

Established and documented business process for managing rejects scrap and crushing process in collaboration with manufacturing, global logistics, corporate security and finance.
