Work with Hiring Managers
As Talent Acquisition Specialists we have to work very closely with hiring managers to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job. Once they have a good understanding of the position, Managers / Team Leader effectively assess us in regard to whether or not we would be able to perform well in the position by explaining us new demands .
We have to source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, taking references through selected candidates and other candidates, through Naukri Portal etc. while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job. Throughout this process, we develop relationships with prospective talent. As Talent Acquisition Specialists we also seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.
Screen, Interview, and Assess Candidates
Typically, As Talent Acquisition Specialists we schedule all interviews and then prepare and advise our candidates beforehand. We review resumes, process mails, and assess interview performance.
Assist with Hiring Process
In order to facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new employees, we administer and submit all hiring paperwork like Last three month Salary slips, Adhar card, Pan card, Cibil score screentshot etc. for new employees as well as assist with the orientation process. They work closely with the Human Resources department during this phase.
