•Medication Pass twice a day and PRN for pain management along with constant communication with staff members and medical providors to insure quality patient care is delivered.

•Assessing, monitoring and documenting any changes in mental and physical status that would require notification of MD's and family members.

•Skin checks done on each resident periodically to check for any signs of skin breakdown and notify the MD for update and any new orders as needed. Staff is made aware and precautions implemented to prevent further skin breakdown. PRN pain medication for pain control if necessary.

•Perform testing to include sample collection using finger stick technique, manual and automatic blood pressure readings, body mass index, body fat and bone density as needed.

•Perform temperature checks and pulse ox readings.
