Program Manager

Recruited to lead large, multimillion-dollar programs for utility clients such as PSE&G, CLECO, A&N Electric, and others. Oversaw all aspects of smart grid solutions, strategic planning, budgeting, client relationship management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Turned around PSE&G’s $12M large commercial AMI program, which represented nearly $4B of the organization’s revenue base, in 18 months and assisted with analysis and strategies for their $4.4B regulatory filing for smart grid technology.

Improved CLECO’s AMI deployment from 50% read rate success to 95%, overhauling technology/infrastructure strategy and migrating key datacenter operations to hosted software as a service model (SaaS).
