• Overall goal was to incorporate more volunteerism within our team and help raise awareness to important Vital Sign questions relating directly to our supervisor/manager.
• We came up with 2 solutions. One volunteerism act is we are collecting aluminum cans and bottles for recycling. We are then donating proceeds to charity of the team's choosing. The other we call "Feed the Pig" which also incorporates our goal to "Help People Live Healthier Lives". Whenever you choose a healthy snack instead of buying something from the vending machine or have left over lunch money or spare change lying around you can "Feed the Pig." Proceeds will be given on quarterly basis to charity of teams choosing. This is something simple and easy that the entire team can participate in without involving too much personal time.
