1. Presently from Jul-2007 associated with ACC-Holcim, Bargarh Cement Works having installed clinkering capacity of 1 million ton and 2.2 million ton cement grinding as Manager (E&I) with key responsibilities mentioned in the job profile.

2.Worked as Sr.Engineer (E&I) in M/s MONNET ISPAT & ENERGY LTD.Mandir Hasoud, Raipur (C.G.) Since Aug-2004 to Jun-2007.

Job Profile:

At ACC Cement, Bargarh Cement Works

1)Maintenance E&I:-

Responsible for Preventive, Predictive, Pro-active and shutdown maintenance activities for Electrical equipments of Lime stone reclaimer, Crusher, VRM, Coal reclaimer, Kiln, Cooler, Slag Grinding, Slag VRM, Cement mills and packing house and CPP (2X15MW Captive power plant) at Bargarh Cement Works.

Maintenance of LT (415 Volt) motors ranging from 0.37 KW to 250 KW and HT (11Kv) motors ranging from 450 KW to 5400KW with DOL, Soft starter and LRS Control for starting, GRR & VFD control for Speed control & energy saving purpose.

Responsible for maintenance of Grid Sub Station 132/11KV, with 2X16 MVA Power Transformers as well as maintenance of Distribution Transformers 11/0.440 KV ranging

Condition monitoring based maintenance of all electrical equipments like - motors, PCC, MCC & Transformers, UPS, Battery charger.

Responsible for maintenance of

11KV HT Breakers : ABB, Siemens,Areva & BHEL make

415V LT Breakers : L&T, Siemens make (800amps to 4000 amps)

MCC & PCC : L&T, Siemens make

415V LT VFD : L&T and ABB

2X1250KVA,11KV, Jackson make emergency DG set.

Also involved in liasioning activities with Government of Orissa.

Responsible for reducing specific electrical power consumption on the basis of annual audit and maintain the plant power factor between0.99 to 1.

Calibration of all electrical equipments as per government rule.

Ensure the safety of workmen & quality of job has been done as per Daily/weekly & shutdown plan.

Conduct the RCFA of all electrical failures.

Work in CPP 2*15MW BHEL make TG set of CFBC boiler.

Resolve the issue of L&T make VFD tripping during voltage fluctuation.

Resolve the issue of TG set tripping due to load sharing system(sudden speed increase).

Resolve the issue of TG set tripping even the electrical fault come in downstream by proper relay coordination.

Doing the power system study of electrical power distribution system of the plant with consultant M/s ABB and implement the recommendations.

Doing the relay coordination of the plant as per recommendation.

Involve with Electrical safety audit team M/s Chola and implement the recommendations.

Work as a safety champion for implement the HSS-Energy isolation in bargarh cement work.

Work as a PSM-Electrical plant champion, doing the audit as per standard guideline and make action plan as gap identified and complete the activity as per timeline.

2)Additional Responsibility & Achievements-

Work as a Electrical Planner in preventive maintenance cell.

Work as a part of active MAC (Maintenance Cement) team member where 14 green block out of 20 block.

Make the job plan on the basis of WBI & CBM observation/notification.

As a RCFA champion i am arrange & conduct RCFA of all failures & follow all pending action plan with department.

Develop PMR on the basis of Pareto & RCFA & review it on every six month.

Track the electrical maintenance cost day to day & make action plan for control it as per monthly & yearly budget.

I am responsible for preventive as well as shutdown job planning with required material on the basis of JIT (Just in time).

Arrange & conduct the brain storming session for Electrical energy saving related projects.

Identify & make the action plan for arresting all oil leakages point of electrical equipment in the plant for controlling the OCR as per guide line.

Work as a SAP Super user in PM module and trained all PM end users at Bargarh Cement Works and all new planners of planning cell.

Implement MAC SAP Enhancement project in BCW.

Implement Prometheus scheduling tool in BCW & trained all planners & end user, also make a dashboard as per user friendly for all end user & Planners.

Implement DMS system & trained all PM user for using this.

Give the refresher training for all PM user quarterly.

I am implement the SAP system when it was come in E&I department, I was develop the Electrical SLD & HAC related to E&I.

Make the action plan to achieve the target of leading KPI's.

Involved in various electrical energy conservation activities in the plant like - commissioning and operation of 250,650,900,2250,2450 and 5400 kW motor GRR panel,LT VFDs, 5 X 500 LPD solar water heater,11KV HT fix type capacitor bank and LT APFC capacitor bank and, replacement of old re-winded motor with IE3 energy efficient motors.

Replacement of HPSV/HPMV light fitting with LED fittings.

Reduce the lighting voltage 240V to 215V for energy saving by replacing the lighting transformer.

3) Achievements on OHS/Safety-

Implement the energy isolation-HSS in plant by given the training to all workmen and provide the related materials.

Develop HIRA/SWP on the basis of day to day activity.

Make the action plan and implement it on the basis of safety alert.

Work as electrical champion and provide the related material to workmen like electrical PPEs.

One month work as a safety champion in our sister works ACC-Sindri.

Certified internal auditor for ISO 50001

Install the fire alarm system in all electrical load center and LHS cable in coal belts.
