As a senior hospitality management professional with 20+ years of experience across diverse organizations entailing hospitality management, operations excellence, business development, process management and general administration amongst others, I present herewith, my candidature for the position of Assistant Property Manager
Previously associated as Assistant Property Manager at Reem Compound, a 485 villas and apartments with 18 hotel rooms, I entailed multi-faceted duties. I was responsible in the absence of the Property Manager of all aspects of operations and represented the Management during its absence. As such, I was in-charge of staff training, conducting daily briefings with staff in order to provide them with instructions and keep them aware of any events. Furthermore, I was providing leadership and support to all members of the department, enforcing the standards of excellence in all areas supervised. My responsibilities also included maintaining a professional and high quality service-oriented environment at all time, while solving any guests’ or staff related problems or queries, including leasing and rent collection, spot check of buildings conditions, assisting the sales department when it is needed, etc…
Throughout my professional career, I have gained significant experience in enhancing profitability through the use of business KPI’s and performance management process; developing new business channels and reporting improvement initiatives to the higher management to enhance revenue generation. As well establishing a loyalty program based on personal initiatives and commitments for the perfection and full enjoyments of the guests.
