Position: “Junior Design Engineer”

CURRENT PROJECT: NON CONFIRMANCE (CONCESSION) & AERO-STRUCTURE REPAIR DESIGN (09/2018-Present)

Tasks:

Map out the differences between actual configuration of the aircraft in production and possible configuration.

Localize the impacted damage area on a digital model or on a paper drawing.

Analyze of the damage and coordinate with the design and stress office to work on repair solution.

Design & Drawing of the repair solution.

Work on special projects such as military aircraft as well as passenger aircraft with additional duties relevant to this job level as assigned by management.

Tools using for the project are ENOVIA, VPM, CATIA V5, CATIA V6 and MS OFFICE.

PREVIOUS PROJECTS: GARUDA MIGRATION (08/2017-08/2018) Tasks:

Worked as Design team member on GARUDA Migration Project

Worked on Electrical Wire Harness Migration.

Modeling (Remastering) of Mechanical Machined Parts and Skin Panels.

Good hands on knowledge on surfacing, part design, assembly using CATIA V5.

Modeling actual 3D model as per all design parameters with following the drawing references.
