Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from St. Joseph’s college of engineering affiliated to Anna University. A fresh and energetic mind with an endless wisdom for knowledge. Good knowledge towards design of machine and components and have been working with various design software that are generally used in industries.

MAJOR PROJECTS

Design and fabrication of pipe friction apparatus

The main abstract of this project is the evaluation of pipe friction for a specific diameter and for various metals. This apparatus can be used for research purpose for determining the frictional properties of various fluids and pipes.

Formula Green event conducted by ISNEE and FMSCI

This is currently undergoing project where our intension is to produce an electrical vehicle, which has a good aerodynamic and acceleration. It is a national event where various team all over the nation compete with their own design and car.

Influence of vortex generation in a condenser unit on performance of the chiller plant

The vortex generators makes the air to swirl when the air flows over it. Introduction of vortex generation increases heat exchange in any thermal equipment involving heat exchange/dissipation.

TRAININGS AND INTENSHIPS

Master diploma in design:

Training on 2D and 3D components design software such as AutoCAD, Pro engineering Creo, Dassault system’s Catia and also component analysis software such as Ansys and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerencing (1 year course).

Larsen’s and Toubro,rubber manufacturing machineries, Kanchipuram:

Intensive long week training on mechanical tyre curing press, hydraulic tyre curing press, tyre building machinery for leading tyre manufacturers such as Michelin, Good year, MRF and Nokian.

Udvavisk Technologies:

Experiencing open source software on finite elemental analysis and computational fluid dynamics, working principle behind the software, creating and modifying an open source software.
