I play a key role in chalking out the overall operational policy. Formulate suggestions on how to make an optimum use of the resources of the organization. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target. Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within time schedule.

Monitor a manufacturing team to ensure operations are in compliance. Monitor and control a production process to adjust operations in event of a problem. Coordinates with the quality assurance personnel to ensure that the goods meet an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from clients. Fixed up the logistic requirement for all the export consignment.

Manage the inventory of raw material needed to manufacture the company's product, ensuring enough is on hand to follow through on orders. Oversee the procurement of raw materials and equipment required for manufacturing.

Ensure that standard procedures are followed when third parties are hired and that the necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed. Also ensures that the third party properly executes the agreed terms and conditions.

Work closely with Bank for submission of post shipping documents, follow up for acceptance and payment. Sending of swifts as and when required. Following up with bank personnel for BRC updation, IDPMS & EDPMS related issues, Caution List related issues, etc, with addition to all the job description mentioned below as export Cordinator.

Other Key Responsibilities: Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence. Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. Disbursement of checks for agency expenses. Regular meetings with Executive Director and other head of the departments. Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.

Export Coordinator – Interact Texlabels Pvt. Ltd., December, 11 – March, 14 Key Responsibilities

Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export, based on Letter of Credit / Advance TT.

Get all required documents attested by relevant authorities.

Coordinate closely with the production department

Maintain a direct relationship with Bank pertaining to all export documentation.

Coordinate closely with the forwarder/ logistics for scheduling or booking of the shipment.

Representing and participating in International Garment Tech exhibition held in Dhaka, Bangladesh

Prepare and file all documentation and relevant correspondences in line with ISO 9001:2008 standards

Prepare ARE-1, Tax Invoice, BG dealer statements, Bank Realisation Certificates, DEPB, Duty Drawback, DFIA statements

Prepare and send the entire set of documents for Rebate Claim, LUT to the concerned person

Prepare and send the entire set of documents pertaining to the Export/Import Licenses to the concerned person

Maintain internal HR related activities.

Maintain an Excise excel sheet for Rebate, LUT, Purchase & Sale

Maintain stock register

Perform other related duties as required

Handled accounts for 3 months in the absence of Accounts personnel with help of the Consultant.

Prepare and send entire purchase and sale for Excise and Sales Tax to the concerned personnel.

Prepare export register with the details of gain/loss due to exchange fluctuation and other related data

Handled the cash department, maintain daily expenses, preparing outstanding list of payments and income
