Program Director Unite Dallas 7/7 Counseling Program

Program Director for United Way of Metropolitan Dallas program to provide counseling to traumatized people by July 7, 2016, police shooting in Downtown Dallas.

Spoke at Dallas Police Department substations, downtown community policing events, and Dallas Fire and Rescue Command Staff.

Created program from scratch – funded by United Way – wrote mission and values statement, contracted with therapists to provide low-cost counseling to all people traumatized by the Downtown Dallas Shooting in 2016.

Interviewed/assessed clients and assisted in their finding a compatible therapist.
