Payroll Management :

Ensure that payroll is processed accurately and timely input of all data relating to employee's are incorporated to facilitate correct payments and deductions are made in the required timescales.

Adhere to control and audit points with very clear measurements in the payroll process. Annual revision and restructuring of salary structure of employees as per the company policy and keeping in view the present tax laws.

Full & Final Settlement process and computation / Employee Confirmations after probationary period.

Documentation and maintain confidential / personal files / Salary Structures of the employees including Top Management.

Prepare CTC, MIS and master reports for employees cost center wise.

Timely payments of Travel allowances, Conveyance Reimbursements etc, as per the norms.

Statutory Activities:

Ensure strict Statutory Compliance as PT, PF, and ESIC.

Ensure that statutory payments viz. PF, ESI, Prof. Tax, Labor Welfare Fund, Income Tax, etc. are made in time and necessary returns are submitted within the stipulated time.

Ensure that Form 16 is issued to employees in time at the end of the financial year with the support from the finance department.

Ensure that the administration of benefits pertaining to social security (PF, ESI etc),

PF: Creation of UAN numbers to new employees and resolve the issues / KYC documentation / Timely Payments of PF / Generate Monthly Challans of PF (before the 15th of the following month).

ESI: Allocation of ESI numbers through ESI Portal / Generating ESI e-pehchan cards / Timely Payments of ESI / Generate Monthly Challans of ESI (before the 15th of the following month).

Recruitment :

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

Sourcing resumes through Job Portals, Social networking sites and internal references including Mid / Senior level Profiles.

Maintaining Resume Database and Screening resumes of the candidates based on the available job description

Performing in-person, phone interviews with candidates and evaluates employment factors such as related experience, education and skills.

Ensure that the positions will close on time and within the budget.
