Contacted over 300 employers regarding the Citizen Soldier for Life Program and placed more than 40 RSP National Guard Soldiers in new jobs.
Created first organizational training and development program for employees consolidating both individual and management needs.
Designed, developed and implemented multiple comprehensive benefit and compensation programs.
Participated in the due diligence and eventual acquisition of a $10 million Canadian manufacturer. Developed and implemented recommendations for the reorganization and staffing. Developed and trained managers in the implementation of the first employee evaluation system.
Implemented Human Resources Information System for North American operations. System replaced manual procedures and enabled the company to analyze cost and develop more cost effective personnel programs.
Analyzed the financial and human resource factors in locating a newly acquired product line. Studied the three alternatives and made a recommendation, which was approved by top management. Line was successfully integrated into Canadian, Belgian and Singapore operations.

Patriot Enterprises provides management consulting and program delivery to many of the most vital government programs serving the military community. We are focused on strategic planning engagements to very large programs focused on operational services such as adjudication support and broader case management functions.
Patriot Enterprises has deep experience in the full spectrum of quality-of-life programs serving the military life-cycle- including healthcare, resiliency, suicides, family strength, education, employment and financial/legal support. AFSC/Magellan Federal’s expertise has been recognized by several White Houses, Congress and throughout the Department of Defense and the Veteran’s Administration.
As a Career Readiness Counselor, I prepared and connected service members and their families within Southwest Ohio with employment, education and financial education opportunities to maintain a resilient force capable of accomplishing the State and Federal mission.
The program focused on service members who are in the initial phase of the Soldier Life Cycle (SLC) from as early as a new recruit in the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) through their first year of service.
Business Development Manager, OIC of Clark County (6 months – contract position)
Opportunities for Individual Change (OIC) of Clark County is a private, not-for-profit organization that has helped over 45,000 people “help themselves” for over 40 years.
Throughout its history, OIC has continued to provide counseling, youth programming and alternative high school education, vocational training, referral services, job placement assistance and emergency utility services to assist low-income Clark County residents in becoming self-sufficient. In 1989 OIC of Clark County was designated the Community Action Agency (CAA) for Clark County.
OIC provides services designed to eliminate poverty, unemployment and illiteracy in Clark County.
As the Business Development Manager, my primary responsibility is to establish and develop relationships with local companies to provide opportunities for OIC trainees.
Executive Director - Springfield Ohio District Council of St. Vincent de Paul, Springfield, OH (9 months – contract position)
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul offers tangible assistance to those in need on a person-to-person basis. This aid may take the form of intervention, consultation, or often through direct dollar or in-kind service. An essential precept of the Society's work is to provide help while conscientiously maintaining the confidentiality and dignity of those who are served. The Society recognizes that it must assume, also, a role of advocacy for those who are defenseless or voiceless. Some 12 million persons are helped annually by Vincentians in the United States.
As Executive Director, I directed the Springfield District Council program using components to include property management, agency planning, goal setting, evaluation, personnel, financial management, communications and community advocacy. Includes collaboration with Champaign and Logan country St. Vincent de Paul operations.

Developed and implemented Incentive Compensation Plan for physicians and management staff.
