·Detail Planning/Scheduling by hours for FCCU Reactors, Gas Re-boiler Exchangers, Boiler Low NOX Burner, Alky Gas Turbine & Emergency Flare. Develop external critical path logic between units, establish work breakdown structure priorities 1, 2, 3 timeline for each unit during the shutdown and turnaround stage including start-up and post. Load resource and hard dollar estimate to determine the manpower and cost requirement of the overall project.

·Supervised 6 planners and 2 scheduling engineers, providing training and assistance to subcontractor’s planners / schedulers in developing detailed Level IV and Level V schedule.
·Performed responsibilities as Deputy to Planning and Scheduling Manager during course of absence, supervising planning / scheduling on both Process and Off Sites, briefing Project Director, Project Manager, and client on overall progress or critical issues that could delay overall project status, and guiding planner / scheduler on critical breakout schedule.
·Prepared court litigation documentation and supported detailed analysis of logic floats schedule, including site superintendent’s analysis of historical man-hour data with regards to subcontractor’s $25M claims.
