Project: Researched how to reduce patient readmission rates for Congestive Heart Failure patients. Outcome: Readmission rates were reduced by 40 percent the following month.

Project: Worked with a financial advisor and accountant to figure out why the accounts payable turnover ratio was so high by dividing total purchases/average accounts payable. Outcome: Figured out accounts receivable ratios and used these numbers to judge the hospital’s incoming cash situation and demonstrated how the hospital handled its outgoing payments, then reduced this number by 35 percent the following month.
