1.From 15th Sept 1999 to 15th may 2006 worked in M/s Sarvaraya Sugars Ltd. (Chelluru). Joined as a Trainee Instrument Mechanic and confirmed as Instrument Mechanic after one year.
The plant consists of Sugar unit, ENA plant, Distillary and Power plant
(4MW BHEL, 3MW Pentagon) with Allenbradley PLC system
2.From 15th July 2006 to 15th July 2007 worked in GMR Industries Ltd., for the 16MW Cogeneration power plant at Sankili, as Instrument Mechanic
Plant is automated with Yokogawa DCS (CS1000).
3.From 19th July 2007 to April 2009 worked at Sudan, Assalaya Sugar Factory for the O&M of Cogeneration unit as Instrument Technician
5 X 56 TPH Boilers (Bagasse & Oil fired) automated with single loop controllers SIEMENS 353 and Ellipse SCADA, 1 X 13MW DEC Skoda TG automated with AC800 PLC of ABB, 2 X 6.5 MW Back pressure TG – Peter Brotherhood, 2 x 40 TPH DM Plant fully automated with SIEMENS S7 PLC, Air compressor units (ALUP, ATLAS COPCO), Cooling tower (Sulzer)
4.From 5th August,2009 to 7th October,2011 worked at Madhavi Oils and Facts PLC Operator Cum Maintenance Sr.Inst Technician.
Allen Bradley PLC Working in Refiniary Operator Full Automated controlling in Oil Refiniary, Trouble Shooting in instrumentation control valves (Dembla and Rotex Elo-matic on/off Valves pressure Gauges and temperature Gauges Pressure Switches, Level Switches worked in the instrumentation (Atlas Capco Compressors working in O&M working with refinery).

6.From 1st Jan2013 to till date, working in Reliance Gas Transportation & Infrastructure Ltd., In EWPL as an Senior Instrumentation Technician Under contract for SKI Engg Pvt Ltd., the work involves Maintenance & troubleshooting of GE make Gas Turbine Compressors (PGT25+, PCL 803 and Mark-VI PLC Controller), Telvent RTU (station PLC), Siemens Controller (Instrument Air Compressor Control PLC), Daniel Emersion process Custody transfer metering unit and regulating skids, & Field Instruments (PT,PDIT,TT,RTD,TC,LIT,LEVEL SW, Meter, Annubar & USM Flow Boss etc) Calibration & Healthiness checking, Maintenance & Calibrations of Heat Detector, Smoke Detector, Flame Detector, Open Path Gas Sector, Point IR Gas Detector, FM 200 System etc.
