1.DGM ( WORKS) AT SURENDRA MININIG INDUSTRIES PVT LTD.(Feb-2019-till date)

Presently working as a DGM works in Surendra Mining Industries PVT LTD a flagship company of Late Sri Surendra nath Mohanty . Looking after the production of SMS and Power Plant, It has a 15*2 ET make Induction Furnace and a 12 MW power plant with 2*100TPD Sponge iron Kiln Popuri Make.

2. Sr.Manager operation in ( 20+8 )MW CPP AT SREE METALIKS LIMITED,LOIDAPADA.GUALI,BARBIL,ODISHA( MAY 2015 –Jan-2019)

Presently working as a Sr. Manager power plant O & M in sree metaliks limited from MAY 2015- Jan-2019,Reporting to MANAGING DIRECTOR about the plant performance in 20 MW CPP with 41 TPH thermax Make AFBC Boiler and 38 TPH Thermax make WHRB Boiler and BHEL make TG set,and taking care of 8 MW shutdown and revamping work of all WHRB boiler ( Thermax make) and turbine Siemens make .

Key Responsibilities:

I.Boiler & turbine operation.taking care of coal cost to enhance plant profit..

II. To prepare shift schedule of existing manpower such as DCS( boiler and turbine),CHP,AHP,Boiler and turbine operators.

III.Performance monitoring of boiler & turbine.

IV.Implemented Standard Operating Procedures, equipment lockout and tag out

procedures of power plant as per international standardization of

organization.

3. .Asst Manager ( Shift-In-Charge) in Bhusan Power and steel limited,Thelkoloi,Jharsuguda Odisha..(May 2012-APR 2015)

Operation Experience in 490 MW Power Plant at bhusan steel and power limited, unit nomenclature are as follows (60+40) MW and (130*3) MW with two individual turbine floor, two AFBC boiler of capacity 150 TPH and 75 TPH with 4 WHRB boiler of capacity 52 TPH each are attached with ( 60+ 40) MW turbines and two CFBC boiler of capacity 210 TPH each with 8 WHRB boiler of capacity 52 TPH are attached with 2*130 MW turbines and one 390 TPH boiler attached to unit 3 TG of capacity 130 MW .Participated in commissioning activities of 390 TPH CFBC boiler done activities like RDO,ABO,SB, BFP commissioning all TG auxiliaries commissioning upto the running of the unit successfully …. Also participated in the ash handling system modification of two 210T CFBC boilers and completed the job successfully .Boiler and Turbine make are as follows..

4. SHIFT IN-CHARGE IN Shyam Metallics and Energy Limited,Pondloi,Sambalpur ( Apr 10-May 2012)

Operation Experience in 93 MW CPP, comprising with three distinctive operational units in a single turbine floor, with capacities (30MW+30MW+33MW), with power grid synchronization facility and having its own switchyard, two turbine 30 MW are of HTC make and 33 MW turbine is of BHEL make, three nos of AFBC boiler (135TPH+ 135TPH+ 54TPH) of veesons and thermal systems make two nos of WHRB 38 TPH each of CVPL Make and two nos of WHRB 9.5TPH are of hari machines Make.Three separate CHP for each AFBC boiler having CDC 120 ton/hr single crusher and double screen type, and dense phase pneumatic ash handling system…

5. Engineer at Thermax India Limited (MAR 2002-MAR 2010)..

Joined Thermax india limited in EPC division as engineer in the year 2002 participated in various erection and commissioning activities during the period.and work as a engineer in Bengal energy limited under thermax O & M division for the period of 2007-2009

KEY EXPERIENCE IN ERECTION AND COMMISIONING..

1.Worked for the erection testing and commissioning of 1X210MW Boiler of R.T.P.S Unit VIII ., as an SITE ENGINEER since Mar 2002- June 2004.

2.Worked for the revamping of 50 x 2 tph texmech design make boiler at Mawana U.P for Seal sugars.

3.Worked for the revamping of 75 tph Russian design oil fired Boiler at I.O.C.L Barauni Bihar.

4.Worked for the Construction and Maintenance works of Boilers at VTPS, Vijayawada, KTPS, Palvancha from 14-08-2005 to 31-02-2007 .Involved in the activities such as. Erection of structures and its alignments, Erection of pressure parts, i.e. Drum, Headers, Hangers, Radient roof tubes, Waterwalls, Raiser tubes, Link tubes, Saturated link tubes, Economiser coils, LTSH tubes and coils, plattend coils,Reheater coils, final superheater coils, steam cooled spacers, Desh links, Reheater coils, Eco hanger and Eco coils, Eco links to drum, Down commers and guides, HFO, LFO, Station and its pipings. Reheater, Superheater spray Station and its pipings, sampling lines, soot blowers, wall blowers, temperature probe, LRSB’s Drum safety valves, CRH, RH, EMRV, PRDS safety valves, etc. Ductings, Seal boxes, doors, vibration snubbers, HP drain and Vents, ceiling girders, columns and buckstays.

COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES :

Involved in activities like Hydraulic test, Acid Cleaning, Steam blowing etc. Involved in light up activities of boiler i.e. boiler filling, line up of boiler, ID fan FD fan, mills, PA fan, HFO. LFO lineup. Involved in commissioning of safety valves, soot blowers, wall blowers, LRSB’s, Temperature probes, charging of steam from unit V PRDS to Automizing station and SCAP Commissioning of PRDS, CBD tank, soot blower header, Deaerator, safety valves and EMRV etc.,
