Negotiated/administered development agreements for these projects. Administered the capital improvement projects (roads, landscaping, sewer, water, traffic signals) for each development. This included: 1) preparing/releasing requests for requests for proposals; 2) evaluating bids received; and, 3) executing contracts with the lowest qualified bidders.
Established contract procurement and implementation policies. Developed contractor evaluation and selection criteria, as well as cost-accounting procedures.
