Team member working with senior management and consultants in the relocation of three small warehouses located in Carteret, NJ to a 610K square foot facility located in Jamesburg, NJ in late 2012. Worked with the township to obtain the proper permits needed for building occupancy. Solicited service vendor bids ( HVAC, electrical, recycling, waste management, housekeeping, MHE equipment, fire preventive system, others). Full facility responsibility inclusive of buildings safety program. Monitored all accidents/incidents and updated OSHA 300 logs. Developed internal safety committee, meeting monthly, and implemented bi-monthly department safety inspections. Spearhead MHE certification and licensing program directing three trainers. Provided inventory levels for sister company located in the UK via DHL consolidated air shipments.
