The Cluster located in Al Garhoud consists of two hotels for a total of 712 keys. The upscale Grand Mercure Hotel & Residence offers 257 rooms and 104 serviced apartments, a Specialty Restaurant, an All-Day Dining Restaurant, Coffee Shop, SPA, Fitness Club, two swimming pools and a Conference Center. The Ibis Styles features 351 modern and stylish rooms, an All-Day Dining restaurant and a Meeting room ; opened in February 2020

• Responsible for Food & Beverage operation of both properties

• Functioned and promoted hotel properties through Kiosk at "DAFZA"

• Estimates and manages procurement from all supply chains for both properties

• Managed pre-opening OS&E/ FF&E
