Technical/ Quality Control/ Quality Assurance

Performs general architectural works including Shop drawings, Method Statements, Material Samples, and Material Submittals.

Ensures project’s compliance with applicable codes and standards, as well as client requirements.

Proposes designs that could accommodate the maximum size of materials available in the market, and are applicable to production capabilities, for the designer’s approval.

Quantity Surveyor, Procurement and Purchasing

Ensures that the complete design is delivered to the agreed budget.

Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

Prepare Local Purchase Orders, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.

Site and Production

Plan and implements production schedule while ensuring that the schedule provides enough time to complete the project.
