Periodically checking barrier management plans of all high risk scenarios of plants Regulatory HSE Compliance & Assurance

Focal point for safety regulatory compliance and liasioning with key internal stakeholders and relevant technical regulatory authorities.

Providing guidance and technical expertise for development of safety regulatory documents and communication of requirements to the workforce on legislative requirements.

Participating in regulatory inspections and carrying out the third party audits with regulatory authorities.

Preparation and timely review of HSE interface documents of various contracts.

Guiding and empowering the contractor supervisors and contractor safety supervisors to ensure that Health and Safety frameworks are fully implemented and legally compliant on monthly basis

Periodically evaluating contractor performance for assigned safety districts/ process plants Reporting’s

Review and Reporting of Injury Frequency Rates Lost Workday Case Frequency Rate and Total Recordable Case Frequency Rate (TRCFR & LWCFR) on weekly/monthly basis.

Presenting graphical analysis of incidents, KPIs, actions tracking and overdue recommendations.

Preparation and sharing of Lessons learned in pictorial format for better understanding and to avoid reoccurrence of the incident.

Safety Instrumentations/Gas Detectors

Providing trainings (Authorized Gas Tester) to end users for the usage of various types of gas detectors.

Responsible for carrying out the regular inspection and healthiness check of gas detectors.

Air Quality Monitoring Analysis (Different Parameters) with the Help AQMML, TLD monitor, Trecerco
