Summary of experience as Mechanical Planner (SABIC-HADEED)
Plan work order for manpower, material and services required for corrective, preventive and Turnaround maintenance jobs.
Create routine maintenance and turnaround work orders in SAP system and follow up of entire work processes for maintenance activities and interact with other discipline planners to coordinate to plan the job execution.
Identify and order required materials for the equipment as per the scope of work and verify material as per drawings with the Bill of Materials in the SAP system and update BOM in SAP if required.
Create material database for new sap material ID creation and follow up with cataloguer.
Proactive action to order zero stock spares and follow up with procurement for timely delivery.
Identify and order the materials with long-lead time for delivery in consultation with the maintenance engineer.
Review and technical evaluation of spares during the procurement process.
Review and modify stock level, ROP, maximum stock of various items in SAP system based on criticality and consumption.
Arrange and coordinate outside services and with service vendors for plant and routine maintenance activities.
Attend Toolbox meetings to establish scope of work activities such as safety requirements, permits to work, special tools and materials
Provide assistance to the field maintenance personnel in completing the daily scheduled maintenance jobs.
Provide technical assistance for modification and alternate solutions in case of mismatching of spares and installation issues.
Write job procedures for maintenance craftsmen for safe work execution.
Close the completed PM work orders with details as a history.
Update the equipment Data, History and Maintenance records in SAP system.

Summary of experience as Senior Maintenance Technician
Install, maintain, overhaul and rebuild horizontal/vertical single/multistage centrifugal pumps including chemical injection pumps.
Install, maintain centrifugal, reciprocating and rotary compressors.
Perform alignments on compressors and pumps using reversing dial method and later by laser optical device.
Perform and participate in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities of the plant equipment, pumps and Compressors.
Carried out design modification jobs to convert pumps from gland packing to mechanical seals as per modification drawings.
Make hand sketch engineering drawings for manufacture of worn or damaged parts as required and for modification in case of mismatch of spares and installation issues.
Install, maintain and overhaul various types of valves.
Perform preventive maintenance on natural gas pressure reduction stations.
Maintain skid mounted hydrogen gas generators, ultra filtration units and reverse osmosis modules.
Service and repair maintenance of plate heat exchangers, water clarifiers, oil-skimmers, cooling towers & gas fired steam boilers.
Identify spare parts required for maintenance work, from manufacturers’ drawings and spare parts lists.
Check stock and withdraw parts required for the assigned job using SAP R/3 System.
Inspect and confirm that the specifications are in line with the requirement of the received ‘direct charge’ and ‘stock Materials’
Monitor and ensure that the shutdown maintenance jobs are carried out within the scheduled time frame.
Coordinate with planning personnel during shutdown and major overhauling jobs.
Supervised Utility fabrication crew for piping and structural repair jobs during Utility Turnarounds.
