Cleaning and inspecting jewelry that are brought in.

Notifying a customer of a quality issue in their jewelry piece and what steps need to be taken in order to fix and preserve the piece.

Calling the customer with follow up information on their jewelry piece and confirming when it has arrived back at the store and ready for pickup.

Making Follow up calls and congratulating on their jewelry purchase, making sure they are pleased with a repair, or informing customers of upcoming promotions.

Taking large sums of money to the bank to be deposited, as well as going into the bank to retrieve receipt slips.

Coordinating transfers of jewelry pieces from various stores in order for our customers to view the piece in person.

Receiving and sending jewelry pieces to and from stores using company approved carriers.

Recording all send and received items into our record, including: tracking numbers and invoices, total items received, inputting items into our store inventory and placing items in the correct cases. Additional Skills and Capabilities
