Application processes the product requests and enquiries received from the online web portal. The objective of the project is to maintain the optimal stock and generate various reports for the business analysis. It involves the following stages. Indent view generation and Approval, vendor enquiry, quotation, purchase order, invoice, stock and shipping management.

WFSFDC is Wells Fargo's staging area where all the leads/opportunities for loan applications reside and are processed. SFDC receives a real time feed of application data in the form of xml from a Java Layer exposing an interface to SFDC. At SFDC the real time feed which is lead/opportunity data is processed and opportunities are created, opportunity stage is modified, tasks are created and finally the opportunity is assigned to available sales partners. DTC track (Direct to Customer track), DTC is one of the channels through which WF receives loan applications. SFDC DTC track is also used by Team Leads to run reports to view the number of opportunities assigned to a sales partner of their team.

Responsibilities:

•Involved in the maintenance of the previous versions of the product by addressing bugs and client issues.
