Maintains in-depth knowledge of the legal requirement to mediate labor disputes and grievances to advise on practical application at the company and individual level without compromise in both Company and Land Regulations.
Coordinating with line managers / HOD’s for staff confirmation assessment and employment confirmation including negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate separation of the employment process with the full and final settlement.
